Rick was a very accomodating and responsive host and my group had a really enjoyable stay at this home. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at Rick's place for anyone coming to San Diego who wants a centralized location that is close to everything. Rick did an excellent job communicating with me and I would definitely stay at his place again when I return to San Diego.

This is the perfect Airbnb in the perfect place. Close to everything but private and secluded. I’m a constant but private traveler and I lived in San Diego for years. If you want a cozy friendly, private if you want or sociable if you want place to stay this is it! I frequently drive within the state and bring my small dogs and this place was ideal (although it’s so centrally located you don’t need a car). Private hot tub too!

This spot was exactly as advertised - great outdoor space, a single room + bathroom (large tub and an AWESOME shower), in a quiet neighborhood central to anything you'd want. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, and check-in and communication were easy. I'd recommend!

Rick was terrific host. Extremely responsive, sent us well in advance his suggestions for navigating the house, the neighborhood, and the city at large. He really helped make me feel secure and ensured my family and I would have a great time during our stay.

This was such a beautiful place for my little family to stay at and very easy to get to everyone was so nice around that area the directions were easy to understand and follow and the view was amazing my 1 year old loved watching the planes take off it was a great experience overall
