All TV's are LED Smart TV with 400-plus channels including HBO and all seasonal sports and access to your favorite app like Netflix, YouTube or Hulu, adults and kids will have a great time and always something to do and watch.

The Chef kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade gas range and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses and much more.

Relax with a glass of wine or one of the famous San Diego craft beers with breath taking sunset views of the Bay and the Sky Line. After this, take a night massage session in the tub and go to sleep in clouds with a night view of the Sky Line from your bed.

The second Master is on the first level, right next to the beautiful deck and hot tub, making both bedrooms completely private and independent from each other. Down the stairs from the main Penthouse and crossing just outside of the beautiful French-doors of the second Master suite, you will find your own outdoor paradise with hot tub, mini golf and dining area to enjoy a peaceful dinner and a glass of wine.

The entire place is professionally cleaned every single time a guest checks out and before arrival. A house keeping team of professionals washes and deep cleans everything in the house to provide the best San Diego Zen Penthouse experience.

A bus stop is available only two minutes walking from the house and the trolley station is also minutes away. If you need something that is not listed, please let me know and I will be very happy to provide it if possible.

It’s within walking distance to some of San Diego’s finest restaurants, bars, shops, Balboa Park, museums, theaters, Balboa Golf Course and many other attractions.

If you prefer to stay in for a relaxing night of cooking at home, you will find Whole Foods, Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, the charming Little Italy Farmers’ Market (Saturdays) and more within a few minutes of your location. You will be within minutes of The Convention Center, the famous SD Zoo, Downtown San Diego and the exciting Gas Lamp District, the Airport, Seaport Village, Petco Park (home of the Padres baseball team), the Embarcadero, Fashion Valley Mall, North Park, Qualcomm Stadium, historic Old Town, the Marina, and many of the best restaurants, nightclubs, bars and sites in beautiful San Diego, America’s Finest City. At the end of your amazing vacation the house keeper will take care of absolutely everything the only thing you have to do is look your next trip to San Diego very soon!!
