All areas in the house from the chef kitchen, the amazing dining area, living room, gaming zone with poker and Foosball tables, to the Zen Gardens, have been professionally designed so every single person can organically interact in perfect harmony.

Sleep will take on a new meaning here. All beds feature Posturepedic Luxury Edition Signature mattresses, Egyptian cotton hotel collection sheets and pillows. All TV's are LED Smart TV with 400-plus channels including HBO and all seasonal sports and access to your favorite app like Netflix, youtube or Hulu, adults and kids will have a great time and always something to do and watch. There are two master bedrooms with a king size bed each one, a third bedroom with a queen size bed, the kids room with a bunkbed and a sofa bed in the living room.

If you need more space and additional accommodations for your family or friends, there is a Penthouse unit, completely independent with it's own private street entrance, that can be booked separately. Is gorgeous and overlooks the entire San Diego Bay from Coronado Bridge to Point Loma. It features two master bedrooms and a full bathroom.

It’s within walking distance to some of San Diego’s finest restaurants, bars, shops, Balboa Park, museums, theaters, Balboa Golf Course and many other attractions.

If you prefer to stay in for a relaxing night of cooking at home, you will find Whole Foods, Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, the charming Little Italy Farmers’ Market (Saturdays) and more within a few minutes of your location.
