The space
San Diego Dream Villa, this unique and luxurious property is located in Bankers Hill, one of the best residential neighborhoods in San Diego, right in between the Bay and Balboa Park, so relaxing and peaceful yet close to literally everything SD has to offer. The place is attached to a magical beautiful Victorian House, designated by the City of San Diego as an historical site. It's completely independent and has its own entrance. All areas including the outdoor amenities and tub are for your exclusive use, no oner else has access to them.
Within minutes to San Diego’s Finest restaurants, bars, shops, Balboa Park, Museums, Theaters, Balboa Golf Course and many other attractions. Beautiful Little Italy is only blocks down the street. Should you choose to stay in, for a relaxing night of grilling or cooking at home you will find within a few minutes Whole Foods, Vons, Ralph's Trader Joe's, The charming Little Italy farmers market on Saturdays and more; Within a five minute drive you will be in The Convention Center, the famous and beautiful SD Zoo, Downtown San Diego and the exiting Gas Lamp District, the Airport, Seaport Village, Petco Park (home of Padres baseball team), Embarcadero, Fashion Valley mall, North Park, Qualcomm Stadium, historic Old Town, the Marina, and many of the best restaurants, nightclubs, bars and sites in beautiful San Diego, American Finest City. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac end-street, peaceful and quiet next to the canyon, but also close to everything. The property has been fully renovated with the most beautiful finishes and decor tendencies.

The Zen Garden is one of the most relaxing areas of the place, close your eyes and enjoy the sounds of nature, grill, or just sit and read a book and enjoy a glass of wine in the beautiful private backyard. In sunny San Diego, nothing is better than barbecuing right by the garden; this area is equipped with a grill, dining table, hot tub and more outdoor amenities. No one else has access to this area but you.
A bus stop is available very close to the house and the trolley station is also minutes away. A few blocks from the house you will find amazing Balboa Park and it's dog park for the fur babies to enjoy.

Bankers Hill, also known as Park West and formerly known as Florence Heights, is a long-established uptown San Diego neighborhood near Balboa Park. It is bordered to the north by Hillcrest at Upas Street, to the south by Downtown (at Interstate 5, the San Diego Freeway), to the east by Balboa Park, and to the west by Interstate 5, Little Italy, and the neighborhood known as Midtown.
